Vecow Co., Ltd., a front-runner in the application fields of embedded system, image processing, and intelligent automation, today announces a fan-less Power-over-Ethernet embedded controller ECS-7800-PoE supports 3rd Gen Intel® Quad-Core™ series processor (6M Cache, up to 3.30 GHz), DDR3L and DDR3 maximum dual channel 16GB ram, 4-port IEEE 802.3at PoE+, 5 display (2 DP, DVI-D, VGA, LVDS), isolated DIO, 2 GbE LANs, CFast, two 2.5” SATA 6Gp/s SSD/HDD trays, 4 COM, 4 USB 3.0 ports, JST connector, and 2 miniPCI-express, plus with overvoltage protection and Trusted Platform Module which making ECS-7800-PoE stands out from others in machine vision and GigE imaging, intelligent traffic system, machine vision, surveillance and security, AOI, and most of embedded applications.

4 GigE IEEE 802.3at (25.5W / 48V) PoE+ Ports
Using only one Ethernet cable to supply power and transmit and sync data simultaneously, ECS-7800-PoE apply IEEE 802.3at power sourcing equipment enable to supply 50 to 57 VDC, 600 mA, and 25.5W at the powered device, for example, HD LCDs, touchscreens, cameras and motion sensors. Design for wider compatibility, higher power supply but less total cost and wiring, ECS-7800-PoE is one-of-a-kind dream fan-less embedded system for machine Vision, outdoor imaging, 3-D imaging, ITS (Intelligent Traffic Solutions), quality control, and medical imaging applications.

Fanless, -25℃ to +70℃ Operation Environment Temperature
Superior housing and heat dispassion design allow ECS-7800-PoE operation under harsh environments. Dissipating heat from the inner high performance processor through external aluminum heat sink, ECS-7800-PoE enables to operate with performance and stability at temperatures from -25 to 70 degrees Celsius.

Quad-Core Processor & DDR3 Superb Performance
ECS-7800-PoE powered by cutting-edge the 3rd Gen Intel® Quad-Core™ i7 Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.3 GHz) not only increasing power efficiency as much as 25% also integrates Intel® HD 4000 graphics and extremely low thermal design power as 35W providing an enhanced reliability, safety and shock resistance for fanless operation required environments. Allowing to decode multiple high-resolution full HD videos simultaneous, Intel® GMA HD 4000 graphic supports Direct X 11, OpenGL 3.1, Open CL 1.1 and MPEG-2 hardware decoding and up to 3 independent displays. With dual channel SO-DIMM DDR3 1333/1066MHz up to 16GB and quad-core processor, ECS-7800-PoE would be the ideal option of ultimate performance embedded system.

Rich I/O & Over-Expectation Storage Capability
ECS-7800-PoE provides stable and speedy 2 Ethernet ports with 9.6 kb/s to 1 Gb/s data transmission option for high bandwidth and supports Ethernet Control Automation Technology (EtherCAT). Security improvement with trusted platform module, TPM, ECS-7800-PoE also equipped with 4 COM, 4 USB 3.0, 2 USB2.0, CFast , isolated DIO, 2 mini-PCIe (1 with SIM card socket for WiFi, 3G/GPRS), 3 RS-232 and 1 RS-232/485/422, 8 in/out GPIO, and 2 front panel accessible SATA III (6Gb/s) 2.5” SSD/HDD trays with key locks.
