In 6Σ Sandstone Production Line, there are six standards, including excellent product capacity, low investment, low operation cost, high safety, environment friendly and informationization.

The first one is the excellent production capacity, which is also the most important one. There are some natural factors, for example, mechanical properties such as aggregate strengthen, hardness, wearability, crushing work index, fragility and so on and some uncontrollable factors such as chemical components, harmful ingredient, lithofacies organization structure, P.S.V, natural fracture, rate of decay, Freeze-thaw resistance,moisture content,water absorption, etc. Apart from these, the keys issues of final product particle shape, grain composition, material diameter rate, silt content, dust content are the main influence on the crushing line’ process design, crusher model selection.

The second one is the low investment. There are three key elements for the sandstone crushing line’s investment, including technological design, main machine selection and terrain situation. The technological design should be in accord with the raw materials features, for example, the limestone crushing line should not be different from the limestone crushing line due to the raw materials’ different hardness. For the main machine, the customers should know the differences between pressing crushing machine and the impact crushing machine and their application. As for the terrain situation, the crusher selected should be conveniently operated in the actual working condition.

The third one is the low operation cost. Considering the sandstone production line only, there are six parts:
1, financial cost: the key is to reduce investment on per ton productivity.
2, scale cost: enlarge the production scale and improve productivity of per worker as possible as you can.
3, equipment material cost: the cost of crusher’ wear-resisting material and other equipment wearing part.
4, power consumption cost: the cost of each ton sandstone aggregate
5, material consumption cost: for the aggregate with highest market value
6, other cost: include cost of article of consumption, safety, management, etc.

The fourth one is safety. The sandstone crushing lie is different from new dry type production line. Because the cement production line is gained on the base of hundred years of experience in developed countries, and the new dry type production line is the new highlight in cement industry. However, the sandstone production line is absolutely different from that in emphasis degree, team accomplishment, basic experience and management, so it is crucial of safety no matter for workman or equipment.

The fifth one is environment friendly. The customer should be pay more attention to the dust, noise, wasteland, waste water, the vegetation, natural landscape around.

The sixth one is informationization. Apart from the above factors, the customers should notice the crushing line’s informationization. For example, automatic optimization system, Data accumulation analysis, ER system，SCM system and CRM system, etc.
