fluidOps Wins Value-Added-Distributor DataStore in Switzerland

Walldorf / Baden, Germany – fluid Operations, leading provider of cloud and data management solutions based on semantic technologies, and DataStore, a storage, backup-restore and data security specialist and a Value-Added-Distributor based in Switzerland, today announced that they have entered a distribution agreement. The agreement will see DataStore add the fluidOps eCloudManager™ to its extensive portfolio of data center and cloud solutions. DataStore will offer the eCloudManager to its extensive reseller base in Switzerland. The eCloudManager from fluid Operations delivers a flexible infrastructure and cloud management and orchestration platform for virtualized and physical enterprise environments. This includes the creation of a flexible cloud infrastructure, end-to-end data center monitoring, automated provisioning of new IT services (IT as a Service including Landscape as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, Storage as a Service, Data as a Service), as well as the automated handling of the daily operations of a private or public enterprise cloud. “With its eCloudManager, fluid Operations allows customers to create private or public cloud environments and fully automate their data centers”, said Alexander Wenzler, CEO at DataStore. “The eCloudManager integrates IT and business components, it delivers out-of-the-box data center management and automation capabilities, and it is highly customizable allowing for the integration of additional resources or for the definition of customized workflows, dashboards and reports.
