Unicon Software and VXL Instruments signing OEM-partnership agreement
VXL Instruments was established in 1976 and is a global leader in cloud computing access devices such as Thin Clients. Through technology partnerships with Citrix or VMware, VXL is committed to deliver innovative solutions to its customers. VXL’s corporate headquarters (HQ) and main manufacturing is based in Bangalore, India while the Americas Group HQ is located in Houston, Texas and the European HQ in Manchester, UK.
Both companies have already been working together in recent years to serve Unicon’s reference customer FinanzInformatik. The IT service provider of the German savings banks (Sparkasse) successfully operates and manages more than 6,000 VXL clients with eLux and Scout Enterprise.

With this combination it is our goal to grow and develop new business based on the solid experience that we already have with the customer FinanzInformatik” says Frank Noon, Vice President Worldwide Sales at VXL Instruments. From this competence we developed eLux, the hardware independent operating system, specifically developed for Thin Clients. As an efficient management of Thin Client installations is of vital importance we also provide the proven management solution Scout Enterprise. Today more than 1,000,000 Thin Clients in 45 countries are operated with eLux and centrally managed by Scout Enterprise.
