PC Optimization Expert TuneUp Debuts Free Windows® 8 Styling App
MIAMI, Florida, December 10, 2012
What: TuneUp Corporation, the developer of award-winning PC optimization software suite TuneUp Utilities 2013, has created a new, free Windows 8 styling app to help consumers bring their operating systems’ lock screens to life.
With TuneUp IncrediLock, PC users can transform their lock screens into personalized dashboards. The app puts widgets, such as "Sticky Notes" for to-dos, shopping lists and daily reminders, right on their lock screens without having to log into Windows 8.
In addition, TuneUp IncrediLock includes more than 400 high-definition wallpapers, from categories like "Nature" or "Animals", to enhance their lock screens. Consumers can also choose and set pictures from their own libraries as their lock screens.
Who: Consumers looking to increase their productivity and make their Windows 8 op-erating systems more fun to use will enjoy TuneUp IncrediLock.
Where: TuneUp IncrediLock can be downloaded for free from the Windows Store.
When: The initial version of the app is now available in English and German. TuneUp IncrediLock will soon feature more widgets, such as an RSS feed and weather updates, wallpapers and an editor to help consumers further personalize their lock screens.
