New video testimonial service: Presentation of VidMonials at LeWeb 2012 in Paris

At this year’s LeWeb in Paris, Coeus Solutions GmbH, will present its latest flag ship, VidMonials. The video testimonial service enables companies to aks for opinions directly from their customers via video. VidMonials has been developed to cater to e-Commerce companies. The service will be available from the beginning of 2013.

At this year’s DMEXCO in Cologne, VidMonials had already impressed. At LeWeb, VidMonials is set to impress the international audience. So how does VidMonials work? A shop owner can use VidMonials to ask their customers specific questions, all their customers have to do is click the record button and say their opinion. The recorded video can be published on the website and on all social media channels. The web and mobile based feedback tool can be integrated in every shop and website using a plugin. VidMonials focusses on e-commerce businesses but can be used for any business which wants to hear the opinion of their clients.
