New connections with the Lindner Group
Press release from: Lindner Group
MultiQuickConnector is Lindner’s new product for the easy connection of heated/chilled ceilings to newly-built as well as existing constructions. The positive-locking quick plug connector does without retaining claws which unnecessarily damage the meanders.
To Lindner’s Plafotherm® heating and cooling systems and their hydraulic components, the technology is perfectly adjusted. Using a swivel connector, the distributing pipes are precisely connected with the ceiling panels. Furthermore, a plastic connector housing reliably seals the whole construction. Even in case of extreme pressure fluctuations, the fittings cannot slip out of position.
Two series-connected O-rings prevent the cooling water from leaking out. For oxygen diffusion resistance, the connection hose and quick decoupling plug connectors are tested and certified to DIN 4726.
Easy made fitting
Installation and removal of the MultiQuickConnector is especially easy since it requires no tools at all. In just a few simple steps, the connection of your quick plug connector to the Plafotherm® heating and cooling meanders is possible. Simply press a button to detach the elements - laborious soldering, welding or pressing is therefore a thing of the past.
Next to the locking button is a ring behind the connection hose, which encompasses the end of the meanders and ensures that everything stays put. If the locking button clearly sticks out, the heating/cooling elements are successfully connected.
Lindner offers a wide range of extensions, namely 2-way and 3-way distributors, threaded pipe ends and various fittings, to complement the hydraulic system of Plafotherm® heated and chilled ceilings.
