(openPR) - Lüdenscheid, 12.07.07 - This year, the International Management Meeting of ASSMANN Electronic was held in the 5-star Grand Hotel Bernardin in Protoroz, at the Slovenian Adriatic coast.
72 guests from 25 countries welcomed Managing Director Florian Assmann to a host of interesting presentations and discussions on the sales, marketing and product management of the DIGITUS® brand.
Despite flight disruptions and hail storms on arrival, the computer and network specialist Assmann Electronic was able to celebrate a generally successful event.
The focal point of the three-day conference with subsidiaries, distribution partners and key accounts from all over the world was the exchange of experience on the marketing and brand campaign for the DIGITUS® computer accessory range.
The high point of the event on Friday afternoon was the ceremonial presentation of the DIGITUS® BRAND AWARD. The Italian partner of Assmann Electronic GmbH took the Gold Award in recognition of the activities and ideas submitted.
"The most interesting presentations and discussions, and the absorbing entertainment, have again brought me one step closer to the ASSMANN Group", commented Ulf Kaiser, Managing Director of VS Elektronik GmbH, Aschaffenburg.
A particular highlight for the guests was the boat trip along the coast of Slovenia, together with the visit of the Vina Koper vineyard, followed by dinner in a tiny mountain restaurant, or the following beach party at the beach of Portoroz on the following Saturday.
The sporting performances in tube-riding were repeatedly accompanied by interesting and relaxed discussions. "You could see that our guests felt at home here", as Florian Assmann confirmed with satisfaction the opinion of the participating employees and guests.
