(openPR) - Do not miss this historical event – first time an international event of this kind, magnitude and significance for the awareness of Bangladesh genocide on Minority. The Human Rights Congress for Bangladesh Minorities (HRCBM) is unveiling an exhibition on Bangladesh titled “Asru (Tears)”, which is co-sponsored by the Foundation Against Continuing Terrorism (FACT).
The exhibition is to be shown to the public at the Rayburn Foyer in the Rayburn Building in Washington D.C. on July 30 and July 31, 2007. We are expecting presence of a large number of lawmakers from both the House and the Senate, diplomats, foreign delegates including many prominent heads of organizations at the event.
Terrorism in Bangladesh has been going on for decades. The suffering of the Bangladeshi people, minorities in particular, continue even today. Rape and murder, as weapons of genocide, have been used extensively against the minorities in Bangladesh. This comprehensive exhibit will encompass the history of Bangladesh and a chronological depiction of its culture and religion in perspective. The exhibition will be shown at different parts of the country.
