New service and support plan from cloudControl offers more flexibility and individual choices

BERLIN - October, 2012 - cloudControl, Europe's Platform as a Service pioneer, today announced its new service and support plans which offers a choice between five service levels. The new service structure is designed to give cloudControl's customers the choice of a wide range of support levels to meet their individual needs.

To support businesses and agency customers who were previously unable to access a level of support tailored to their needs, cloudControl has focused on creating service packages that match the demands of the various customer groups using the cloudControl PaaS offering. The new service and support levels rage from free developer support all the way to full-scale enterprise service agreements.

The free of charge Developer plan gives an opportunity to test the cloudControl platform. The Basic Start-up plan includes support via email and professional deployment advice service. The Business plan guarantees performance optimization services. Besides all the features listed above Agency plan includes 24/7 emergency hotline, telephone support and database assistance with an email support response time of only two hours. The flagship offering is the Enterprise plan, which enables the use of all professional cloudControl services, including proactive monitoring and problem diagnostic. Moreover all three Business, Agency and Enterprise plans includes service level agreements and the possibility for agreements that all data processing is done according to German data security law – 'Bundesdatenschutzgesetz').

All service and support plans are available for a 14 days trial period giving users the chance to evaluate the deliverables of the chosen plan risk free. During this period it is possible to cancel the plan at any time without incurring any charge. In addition all customer get an access to: Instant deployment, granular scaling, management by GUI/CLI access to logs and diagnostic information, load-balancing, large add-on ecosystem, rock-solid architecture, no lock-in through standard stacks and 27/7 platform monitoring.
