COCA COLA, LADOL, NIGERIA EXPORT-IMPORT BANK AND SHELL TO SPEAK AT THE LOGISTICS WEST AFRICA CONFERENCE

The Logistics West Africa Conference on November 5-7, 2012, today announced it has confirmed Coca Cola Hellenic, LADOL Free Zone, Nigeria Export-Import Bank and Shell Exploration & Production Companies in Nigeria to join the distinguished speakers panel in Lagos, Nigeria.
Edward Ogonnaya, Supply Chain Director for Glaxo SmithKline and Steve Ighorimoto, Raw and Packaging Materials Manager for Coca-Cola Hellenic will discuss supply chain management and logistics techniques for continuous improvement. Mr Ighorimoto stated that Coca-Cola “continuously adapts best practices around the world to local challenging conditions” and confirmed that during the conference he will focus applying quality management processes to assure logistical efficiency.
The Conference will be streamed and address the Oil and Gas logistics. Specialists Henry Mogbolu, Corporate Logistics Manager for Shell Exploration and Production Companies in Nigeria, and Eric Opah, Group CEO of Fortune Group Nigeria will both present at the session which will focus on effective outsourcing. One of their key topics will discuss applying appropriate incentives to ensure high quality and performance.
