OnCell Turns Guided Garden Tour Into Mobile Tour
Press release from: OnCell Systems
Brent and Becky's Bulbs of Gloucester, VA will launch an OnCell mobile tour inside their Chesapeake Bay Friendly Gardens, an 8+acre educational garden around its offices, warehouse and retail space, The Bulb Shoppe. OnCell's mobile technology makes it easy for sites to upload their own content onto a state-of-the-art online platform that turns educational audio, images and video into a mobile tour. Visitors to the garden will be able to listen and learn by using their own cell phones and smartphones, while browsing the garden collections.
“Our visitors get the most out of their visit when we are with them and we are able to share a more in-depth look at what they are seeing. With the mobile tour from OnCell, EVERY visitor will get a guided tour from us, not just the ones who make reservations,” said Jay Hutchins, General Manager. “This should enhance everyone's experience here in an easy and fun way, all the while giving them a more VIP treatment!”
The gardens feature 15 themed garden rooms, which show how to utilize flower bulbs from all seasons with other perennials, annuals, trees and shrubs to create a complete garden, and all in a natural, chemical-free way that helps preserve the Mobjack and Chesapeake Bays of Virginia. Visitors to the Gardens may follow prompts on surrounding tour signs and use their own mobile devices to access the cell phone tour.
In addition to cell phone audio tours, OnCell offers other interactive mobile tour experiences and features such as QR tours, mobile web tours, mobile giving campaigns, mobile survey programs, text messaging and smartphone applications. We are mobile communication experts who are passionate about the arts and education, and we offer flat rate pricing and customized service plans to suit any budget.
