Capture+ now on the Salesforce App Exchange
Postcode Anywhere today announced it has launched Capture+ on salesforce.com's AppExchange, the app marketplace for the social enterprise.

Capture+ will make customer, contact and lead relationship management simpler with one-click address auto-fill. The service also incorporates extra data, set to “eliminate” common customer address problems such as not having a ZIP or postal code on file, or not being able to arrange delivery to apartments.

The announcement was made today at salesforce.com’s Dreamforce 2012 in San Francisco. Postcode Anywhere will be in booth 140 in the Dreamforce Expo.

Built on the Salesforce Platform, the cloud platform for the social enterprise, Capture+ is immediately available for test drive and deployment on the AppExchange.

Comments on the News

Guy Mucklow, managing director of Postcode Anywhere said, “Maintaining high-quality contact data in CRM systems is a seemingly basic principle that can save considerable time and money, as well as improving customer service and brand perception. Good data is the backbone of any business and it can directly impact your bottom line, which is why getting it right has never been so crucial.

“Using Capture+, Salesforce users can type any fragment of an address and return a complete and fully validated record in seconds.

“As the largest cloud computing show of the year, we feel that Dreamforce 2012 provides us with the perfect platform to launch the new product, and we therefore welcome visitors to our booth for a demonstration."

“Companies around the globe are transforming into social enterprises to engage with customers and employees in entirely new ways,” said Mike Rosenbaum, senior vice president AppExchange and Force.com Operations, salesforce.com.

“Partners such as Postcode Anywhere, are leveraging the power of the Salesforce Platform and the reach of our ecosystem to accelerate customers’ transformation into social enterprises.”

IT manager of Dow Jones, Bill Doane, commented: “Time wasted before Postcode Anywhere’s solution was fairly significant. Accurate address data, which would otherwise involve the intervention of our sales representatives, now goes into our billing system automatically. We’ve never looked back.”

Product Key Features

With worldwide coverage, Capture+ saves up to 80% of keystrokes and means that addresses can be captured and validated at the point of data entry, rather than verified after the event which is the case with older addressing solutions.

Capture+ is available on annual user licences and a pay-as-you-go credit plan. Installation typically takes minutes, and free customer support is available.

Postcode Anywhere supplies software and services which improve the day-to-day operations of over 8,000 organisations worldwide. Best known as a provider of address auto-fill and verification software, the company offers a range of data-driven services, including route planning, customer profiling and bank account validation. It is now the fastest-growing reseller of Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File (PAF®) and the market leader for online address auto-fill.
