optivo provides service for the Frankfurt Stock Exchange: Effective email communication for the B2B and B2C channels

Berlin, 4 September 2012 – optivo is now operating its professional optivo® broadmail email marketing software at the Deutsche Börse. The program is being implemented for email communication to private investors via the boerse-frankfurt.de portal. The stock exchange attaches particular importance to the highest possible level of individualisation of newsletter content. Subscribers can decide for themselves on what topics they wish to receive information and the intervals this is sent. But not only the content of the newsletter is tailor-made, so is the design. Enabling this is a template developed by optivo.
The Frankfurt Stock Exchange provides tailor-made information services to private investors and investment advisors. Subscribers receive current news once to several times a week on various investment types, market sentiment and in-house events, depending on their area of interest. Users of the free service can choose from eight main subject areas (in German), which include: “Shares and Indices”, “Bonds”, “Funds and EFTs”, “Market Sentiment”, “Commodities and ETCs”, “Dates”, “Corporate Bonds” as well as “Certificates and Warrants”.
One newsletter in English providing “Latest News” is especially aimed at international users who wish to receive information on the sentiment in the German market each week. The creation of all newsletters occurs with the help of templates that optivo specially developed for the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The tailor-made master template ensures all newsletters carry a uniform design in line with official corporate identity.
