dmexco 2012: optivo places focus on marketing automation

Berlin, 22 August – There is currently a lot of buzz in email marketing on the topic of lifecycle marketing – aligning content to the interests of email recipients. The goal is to develop and optimise customer value over the entire lifecycle (customer lifetime value). A problem that arises, however, is that the interests of a user are continually changing over time and are dependent on the user’s current life situation and demands. This is where marketing automation comes into play. It enables companies to conduct successful dialogue marketing via numerous automated, individual action and event-based mailings. optivo will show how this works at dmexco (Stand F-031 / Hall 8), which takes place 12/13 September. Perfect in time for the opening of the leading trade fair for the digital economy, the Berlin-based email marketing specialist is also presenting the latest version of it’s dispatch solution optivo® broadmail, which will provide completely new possibilities and potentials in the area of marketing automation. The software enables fully-automated dispatch cycles to be simply and quickly created via drag&drop within a graphical campaign editor – no matter how complex the campaign or if utilising multiple channels (email, mobile, social, web, fax).

optivo consultants will be standing by at the trade fair to answer all questions about contemporary email marketing from visitors at the stand. Interested parties also have the chance to have their newsletter designs assessed by an expert. Companies can send their current newsletter layouts to the optivo consulting team (email address: live-optimierung@optivo.de) until 6 September to take advantage of this offer. The design of newsletters is also the topic of a new consulting survey, which trade fair visitors can pick up exclusively and free of charge at optivo’s dmexco stand.
