Ensuring Employee Safety and Wellbeing during the time of COVID-19
Task Force:
When the pandemic struck, Raybiztech promptly organized a task force to address concerns and provide information on preventive measures, as well as access to COVID resources. Regular updates from leaders, one-on-one meetings with specific teams, and other methods of internal communication were established.
Covid-19 Safety Equipments:
Raybiztech has made the following equipment available to all of our associates and immediate families in the event of a medical emergency.

• Oxygen Cylinders
• Face Masks
• Thermometers
Life Insurance Cover:
Raybiztech has proactively established Group Term Insurance for each Associate, with an amount assured of Rs.10,000,00. This Term Insurance coverage protects the family's financial future in the event of a disaster with Associate. i.e (Natural death, Death caused by pre-existing disease, Accidental, COVID).
