DALLAS – Mike McKool, co-Founder and Chairman of McKool Smith, has been named the 2012 “Trial Lawyer of the Year” by the Dallas Bar Association (DBA).

Mr. McKool will receive the award during the DBA's annual Bench Bar Conference in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, on Sept. 27-29, 2012. The prestigious award is presented annually to a DBA member who best exemplifies the principles of the legal profession and who has achieved extraordinary success in the courtroom.
