MARKHAM, Ontario (July 4, 2012) – Shimco announced today the company has renewed its Long Term Agreement (LTA) with Bombardier Aerospace, representing the third successful LTA renewal between the two companies. Shimco supplies Bombardier Aerospace worldwide with solid, laminated, edgebonded and tapered shims, spacers, washers and small machined parts.

The LTA covers thousands of items Shimco provides to Bombardier, further solidifying the relationship that has been developing with Bombardier over a period of more than 20 years. The agreement is for a significant period of time and reflects Shimco's commitment to continuing its record of delivering high-quality products on-time and to supporting Bombardier's after-sales programs.
