Munich, 02. July 2012 - Mummert & Company is pleased to announce that Martin Ridler is joining the firm as Managing Partner with joint responsibility for its Vienna office together with Ute Lassnig. He will be responsible for clients in the healthcare industry, especially in the medical technology sector, in Europe.
His transaction experience spans buy- and sell-side mandates, hostile defenses, US and European public takeovers to complex capital market and private financings. He has provided strategic advice to both industrial as well as financial sponsor clients.

Before joining Mummert & Company, Mr. Ridler spent over eleven years at Morgan Stanley, including almost nine years in the Healthcare Group in London, executing numerous transactions in all subsectors, including medtech, specialty pharma, biotech, generics, distribution, hospitals and related services. He began his career in 1999 at Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking Division, after previous work experience with J. Henry Schroder & Co. in London and SBC Warburg in Frankfurt.

Mr. Ridler was graduated with a Master of Business Administration and Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
