CHICAGO – (6/29/12) – Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and Luxury Portfolio International™ have announced the keynote speakers for the 2012 International Symposium, being held October 22-24 in Lisbon, Portugal at the Grande Real Villia Italia Hotel & Spa.
Richard Rawlings will address participants on how to distinguish themselves through innovative marketing, publicity, prospecting and training. Named the United Kingdom’s 2012 Estate Agency Trainer of the Year, Rawlings has 30 years of experience and is widely regarded as a leading authority in contemporary estate agency methods and marketing.
Matthew Ferrara of Matthew Ferrara & Company will offer insights on using the latest technology and social marketing tools to serve the modern consumer, while driving productivity and profit. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and coaching, Ferrara also serves as Dean of Innovation for LeadingRE’s professional development program, Institute 2.0.
Steve Murray, who has served as editor of REAL Trends since the company’s founding in 1987, will examine market trends and provide commentary on how real estate professionals can adjust strategies based on market predictions. Murray is also co-author of Game Plan and serves as president of Murray Consulting, Inc. and editor of LORE Magazine.
Also featured will be LeadingRE President/CEO Pam O’Connor, Luxury Portfolio President Paul Boomsma, Luxury Portfolio EVP Stephanie Pfeffer and LeadingRE European Director Chris Dietz, who will share information on the latest network initiatives. Sessions look at a wide range of topics, including Developing Profitable Cross Border Business, Reaching New Markets in Relevant Ways and Global Economic and Housing Forecast.
