Bleep UK PLC, in conjunction with Conceptic Touch UK, have launched eMenu, an interactive touch screen menu and ordering application designed as an alternative to paper menus

UNITED KINGDOM – June 2012 – Bleep UK PLC has partnered with Conceptic Touch UK to provide eMenu, an innovative, interactive, touch screen menu application and genuine alternative to basic paper menus. Offering hospitality customers a full range of ordering and interactive entertainment services, eMenu is directly linked and integrated with Bleep EPOS systems, allowing for manual tableside ordering.

Via the selected device, the menu, or a segment of it (desserts, wines etc), will be presented alongside pictures of the dishes, a detailed description, prices and ordering information, which can be ordered by the diner at the table and sent straight to the till. Visualised on an iPad, alternative tablet, or a networked LCD touch-screen located tableside, eMenu has been designed to address many of the difficulties encountered by both business owners and customers in the dining and entertainment industry.

This dynamic and innovative alternative to traditional menu presentation provides a high quality image and full description of each and every item on a menu, including calorie, allergy and nutritional details, so as to improve customer experience in dining and entertainment establishments. Any item can be ordered directly from the table by the diner and this is then sent directly to the till as if entered by a member of service staff. Benefits that can be potentially realised include increased efficiency, reduced labour costs, differentiation from competitors and increases in the customer spend.

The main aim of eMenu is to enhance the overall experience in an establishment for the customer, impressing them through technology and innovation, and increasing the average spend per head for the business itself.
