Webinars: Current dates in July
The International Material Data System (IMDS) is a computer-based material data system used by automotive OEMs to manage environmentally relevant aspects of the different parts used in vehicles in the form of material data sheets. IMDS enables to easily enter, display and pass on material data over the entire supply chain. The requirements for IMDS continue to rise and an up-to-date IMDS knowledge is essential. At the same time, many users are looking for fast learning possibilities to obtain the necessary knowledge, without major organizational efforts.The solution are Webinars: Here, the participant meets "live" with the trainer and other seminar participants, online, in a Virtual Class Room. They have the possibility to acquire IMDS specific skills and knowledge within a short time - and completely comfortable, working from the own desktop.

In the webinar the participants will get an overview on IMDS administration functions and learn how to change the company profile. They will be familiar with the different rights and functions of IMDS user roles as well as contact persons in IMDS, and they can create, change and organize them. The participants will also be familiar with the concept of organization units in order to represent the company structure.

The Webinar will present the functions of the IMDS system for analyzing MDSs regarding materials, basic substances and classifications. The participants will study the detailed MDB analysis and are able to provide and interpret Certificates of Expenditure.
