Software Publisher Blackbaud Achieves Unprecedented Customer Satisfaction Feat
Press release from: Campbell Rinker
VALENCIA , CA – The Raiser's Edge, a software product used by nonprofits to manage their donors and fundraising, has received a Campbell Award for exceptional customer feedback. This is the fourth time in as many studies that The Raiser's Edge has earned this distinction - an accomplishment unmatched by any product in the history of the poll. The award is based on the proportion of Raiser's Edge customers that say they would recommend the product to others. The Raiser's Edge is a product of the software company Blackbaud.
“It is such a great honor to receive our 4th Campbell Award for User Satisfaction because it reflects the voice of the Blackbaud customer,” said Jana Eggers, Blackbaud’s senior vice president of products and marketing. “We take customer feedback seriously, and we strive to ensure customers are delighted with all our products and services.”
The results come from a poll conducted by the independent research firm Campbell Rinker. The poll was established in 2003, and is conducted every two years.
"I commend Blackbaud on this achievement,” said Dirk Rinker, president of Campbell Rinker. “It is apparent from these consistently strong ratings that The Raiser’s Edge delivers what users value."
A summary report of the study can be downloaded at no cost from www.campbellrinker.com/temp/SDM.
The study also found that more than a third of responding nonprofits (35%) now use Internet-based solutions for managing donors and fundraising, as opposed to using software installed on a local computer or server. This is a significant increase from the 28% found to be using Internet-based solutions in the 2010 edition of this study.
Conducted online and over the phone during March of 2012, the study surveyed 1,720 users and purchase decision makers at U.S. nonprofits. Survey topics included user satisfaction, feature preferences, purchasing habits, and organizational dynamics. Eighty-three percent of survey respondents say they influence purchase decisions for relevant products at their organization.

Comments about openPR
OpenPR ist the nicest and most clearly laid out PR platform I have seen to this day. The press releases are displayed very nicely and clearly and without any unnecessary frills.
The updates are fast and the finished release looks appealing and is clearly legible.
Even with 16 years of experience one discovers new things from time to time.
Congratulations!
