Elinext Group Releases a New Custom Mobile Gamification Application “Rescue Game”
Press release from: EliNext
Elinext Group, an alliance of custom software development companies, has announced successful completion of a new custom gamified app “Rescue Game”, intended for mobile platforms.
June 6, 2012. Harnessing the increasingly popular trend of gamification, Elinext Group has announced the release of a custom gamification application “Rescue Game”, designed for mobile platforms.
The game simulates evacuation. There is a floor plan of an office building and 10 people in it. As a player you have thirty seconds to arrange 3 exit signs in the most appropriate positions on the walls. This must help people evacuate the floor as soon as possible.
The visibility of emergency lights and the light amount are very important. The better the areas are illuminated, the faster people walk. The game thereby challenges users to find the best location for emergency lights and to beat their own time.
The gamified app is a proactive solution that serves as a marketing conduit to nurture interest in the company and its products. Rescue Game enables users to better learn the uses of emergency lighting. It can run on the iPhone, iPad, as well as Android smartphones and tablets. The application is available for free downloading on Apple’s App Store and Google Play.
“Today’s announcement further solidifies our commitment to providing top quality and expertise-based services to our customers”, said Maxim Galinouski, Elinext Group’s Director of Mobile Development Department.
The injection of gamification techniques into various procedures and workaday tasks can enliven them and turn into a challenge. This immediately spikes engagement.
“I am convinced that in the near future gamification will be embraced on a much larger scale by businesses worldwide. It is turning into a widely accepted approach to engage not only customers, but also employees”, said Eugene Grinkevich, Elinext Group’s Director of Business Development.
