Salt Lake’s Plymouth Towns: Urban Lifestyle and Community Involved

Press release from: RPM Revenue Drivers

Urban Townhome community is attracting new Homeowners through park clean up project.

Salt Lake City, UT - June 15, 2012 This past weekend the townhome community, Plymouth Towns with the assistance of RPM Revenue Drivers, organized a park clean up project at neighboring Harmony Park. Getting involved with the community may be one of the most effective ways a home builder can increase home ownership and retention. That’s the direction that Utah Homes has taken at their Plymouth Towns community in South Salt Lake.

The luxury townhome community has proactively been making strides to better the community around them. By making the urban lifestyle that Plymouth Towns offers more attractive and congenial, they hope to increase homeowner satisfaction and promote a safe and comfortable neighborhood.

Harmony Park has been enjoyed by nearby residents for years, but prior to the clean up effort, Harmony Park had problems with litter and needed sprucing up. More than 20 people came to support the clean up which included trash pick up, hedge trimming, along with tidying up the pavillion area, playground and volleyball court.

Harmony Park’s operations manager, Terry Anderson with Salt County Parks and Recreation was very enthusiastic about the proactivity of Plymouth Towns’ efforts and the results. “I was in the area yesterday and I made a pass through there and it looks fantastic. Let me just say again you’ve done a wonderful job," said Anderson to RPM Revenue Drivers, who organized the event.

RPM Revenue Drivers has been working with Plymouth Towns since September of 2011 with their market strategy. RPM has been able to help the development increase home ownership through creative campaigns such as organizing the park clean up. They had 28 units vacant in September and have sold 22 units since then, more than doubling sales rates.
