WINAICO modules conquer Italy
Solarexpo and 16MW project in Sardinia successfully completed

Creglingen, 31.05.2012 – The official start of the season with the appearance of WINAICO at the Solarexpo, the trade fair for renewable energies in Verona, was a complete success. The Italian subsidiary of Win Win Precision Technology Co., Ltd., WINAICO Italia S.r.l., succeeded in entering into numerous useful discussions, generating new contacts and concluding definitive project agreements.
“We are satisfied with our participation in the Solarexpo. Due to our module stocks in Italy and a complete insurance solution we are the optimum partner for solar pros” according to Marco Ippoliti, Managing Director of WINAICO Italia S.r.l. With the purchase of WINAICO modules customers receive free insurance protection for a period of 2 years. The comprehensive insurance policy provides the plant operator with cover against all property damage, operational interruptions and any possible reduced yields for the first 2 years. Furthermore, the operator has the option of extending the insurance cover by an additional 8 years, to a total of 10 years.
With the “Giave Project”, WINAICO started 2012 with success back in February. During the project in Giave (Sardinia) almost 68,000 WSP modules were installed on greenhouses over an area of close to 30 hectares. The project was completed in just 58 days and has already been accepted by the national grid operator GSE (Gestore Servizi Energetici). WINAICO itself was responsible for the overall project management of the 16 MW project. From the financing, through the construction planning of the greenhouses and the plant, right to the entire construction management, the complete project was supported by WINAICO. The plant’s connection to the grid is set for the end of June.
