Los Angeles, CA, June 13, 2012 - Lucky Kat TV.com announces a partnership with D.A.R.E.’s (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Official Safety Buddy, “Retro Bill.” The popular celebrity spokesperson, awards show host, and one-man safety, self-esteem and anti-bullying crusader will appear on the Lucky Kat TV website via video content.
