DALLAS – The Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., is proud to announce the promotion of Gene A. Leposki to partner in the firm’s Dallas office.

Prior to joining McCurley Orsinger, Mr. Leposki led his own San Diego-based law firm for almost 10 years following his honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy. While serving in the Navy, he was a member of the Judge Advocate General's Corps, where he regularly advocated for military personnel with Family Law concerns.

Mr. Leposki is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is licensed to practice in Texas, California and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Military Court of Appeals and all other U.S. military courts. He is a 1991 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, and graduated from the Naval Justice School in 1992. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Washington & Jefferson College in 1988.
