The first blog discusses new federal regulations aimed at speeding up the short sale process. Effective June 15, 2012, the new timelines will require Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan servicers to respond to short sale requests within 30 days and make a final decision within 60 days.
Koontz & Associates also plans to launch a company Facebook site and Twitter account, to better communicate with clients, the real estate community and the community at large.
