Frankenthal, 4th of June 2012 – The AXIT AG introduces a new IT-module, which enables companies to document and control the circulation of containers. The tool is provided through the IT-platform AX4 and offers real time transparency of container movements and stocks. Logistics manager can gain extensive economies due to fewer procurement costs for containers and lower loss of pallets.

Companies in logistics need different containers for transport and storage of products, which have to be administrated. To keep related efforts low and management of pallet stocks as efficient as possible the IT company AXIT AG launched a new module, which offers documentation of incoming and exchanged pallets as well as insight into pallet stocks at different participants.

“With the new add-on module Container Management AX4 offers a fully integrated solution, which is compatible with further AX4 tools in a flexible way – as for example the Shipment Management or the Report module. Various types of containers (e.g. EURO, CHEP, LPR) can be adjusted to the system. Additional overviews and functions enable fewer costs and time saving at the whole acquisition process. A Control Tower offers insight to the pallets stocks of numerous process members.
