Mark Webber Wins Monaco Grand Prix
Press release from: The Watch Hut
After six races in the 2012 formula 1 season so far, there have been six different winners, making this one of the most open championship races in history. The title race is wide open, much like the constructors championship, with a number of teams in the running.
Australian Mark Webber became the sixth driver to top the podium this year, having started in pole position following a great performance in qualifying. Monaco was the host for the weekends racing action, one of the biggest and most prestigious races in motorsports, offering a stunningly scenic and spectacularly unique backdrop for the race.
All signs were pointing towards a wet weekend in Monaco, but with Saturday’s qualifying taking place under the sweltering heat, there seemed little doubt that Monaco would yet again offer a stunning sun soaked race with constant excitement.
Casio watches ambassador Webber, who wears the Casio Edifice started well from the pole, having taken it from the man who was fastest in practice, Michael Schumacher, as he had the 5 place penalty meaning that he would start in sixth, despite being the fastest on Saturday. The positive start from Webber was the moment that the Casio watches man won the race, as from there onwards; the result was never in doubt.
Webber winning, following up from Red Bull teammate and fellow Casio Edifice wearer Sebastian Vettel’s win last month in Bahrain, which puts Red Bull Racing at the top of the constructors championships. The Red Bull team work closely with Casio watches to support the drivers, design their products and gain mutually, it is a relationship that has been and looks to continue being very successful.

Comments about openPR
OpenPR ist the nicest and most clearly laid out PR platform I have seen to this day. The press releases are displayed very nicely and clearly and without any unnecessary frills.
The updates are fast and the finished release looks appealing and is clearly legible.
Even with 16 years of experience one discovers new things from time to time.
Congratulations!
