Press release from: The Offshore Group
TUCSON, Ariz., May 28, 2012 -- Fridley, Minnesota-based INCERTEC has completed its occupancy of a 27,000 square foot building in The Offshore Group's Bellavista Industrial Park in Empalme, Sonora, Mexico. The company is currently installing over 90 processing tanks that will enable it to provide metal plating services that utilize nickel, tin, copper, cadium and all pretreatment for aluminum and steel as well as a titanium etch process by the end of July, 2012.
INCERTEC's Empalme, Sonora facility has just passed the NADCAP audit for non destructive testing, and will undergo a similar examination for the purpose of attaining AS9100-C certification later this month. The company currently manufacturers in Mexico NADCAP-certified anodizing type I, II and III, chemfilm, cleaning, passivate, and composites plating. In the near future, companies will have the option of accessing INCERTEC's reel to reel plating, selective plating and barrel/rack plating for gold.
Lastly, the metal finishing firm is looking to expand its capabilities for the turbine industry to include controlled shot peening, barrel finishing, super polishing and corrosion resistant coatings.
INCERTEC specializes in highly-engineered, custom plating solutions for industries and products where precision, knowledge and experience matter. The company's skills range from precision metal plating and metalizing, to anodizing, electro-polishing and more. The company tackles the highest tolerances on the most delicate parts with the most difficult masking.
