How to Develop, Plan and Manage an EU Funded Project Successfully
Press release from: European Academy for Taxes, Economics & Law
At this exclusive summer seminar a special focus will be put on Project Cycle Management and the Logical Framework Approach. The most recent architecture of European Funds and direct grants offers a wide range of funding opportunities to support innovative projects. However, funding is often not used effectively or it may be denied due to poor planning.
For EU funded projects the European Commission requires the use of Project Cycle Management (PCM). As a project manager you have to be familiar with all different phases of PCM to successfully implement and manage an EU funded project and to fulfil the requirements of the European Commission.
What will you learn at this seminar?
• The role of Project Cycle Management
• Different PCM phases and the key activities to be undertaken during each phase
• How to plan, manage and implement projects according to EU regulations
• How to improve your project strategies to ensure effective performance
• How to successfully use the Logical Framework Approach for your project
• How to define indicators for project preparation, implementation and evaluation for your EU funded projects
More detailed information about this training as well as the registration form you will find here.
