The announcement was made at the VIP Dinner during TM Forum’s Management World 2012 in Dublin. This prestigious award is only the twenty-fourth granted since TM Forum’s establishment.

The TM Forum selects Distinguished Fellows based on their commitment to further TM Forum’s principles in the communications industry as well as contributions to materially advance the telecom industry. Dr. Solotorevsky has a lengthy and sustained record of service toward the industry and TM Forum as well as a proven track record of achievements and accomplishments. He is one of the founders and the current Project Leader of the TM Forum Revenue Assurance work, which has driven the inclusion of Revenue Assurance into the Business Process Framework (eTOM), the Information Framework (SID), and the associated conformance assessment process.
