CRM workshops places now open, from DMC Software

The DMC Software “Value of CRM” Workshop takes place on 21st June 2012, at the Marriott Hotel Peterborough. Leading CRM Experts from DMC and Sage will explore how developing a practical CRM strategy can ensure positive customer experiences and in turn improved business performance. Both best practice advice and the latest technological developments will be shared allowing delegates to devise cost-effective CRM strategies appropriate to individual organisational needs.
