HALCON 11: About 60 sales engineers from around the world participate at MVTec's Machine Vision Training in Munich.
Regarding the launch of the new version 11 of their machine vision software HALCON, MVTec Software GmbH holds an international distributor training in Munich, Germany, from May 07 to 11, 2012. HALCON 11 will be released on June 01, 2012.

About 60 distribution engineers from important industrial countries take part in this opening event of the HALCON 11 World Tour (www.halcon-showtime.com). Topics of the training are the comprehensive innovations of HALCON 11 like enhanced 3D vision functionalities as well as considerable speedups. Moreover, as a unique machine vision innovation a technology for genuine object identification is introduced: “Sample-based identification” eliminates the need to use special imprints like bar codes or data codes.

MVTec cooperates with distribution companies which represent machine vision at the highest stage in their particular country. HALCON is steadily evolved by MVTec and employed by the industry in all challenging machine vision applications.
