Charles Rutenberg Realty is announcing the expansion of its firm by adding approximately 100 Agents who will be directing their efforts towards Commercial Real Estate. They will cover the entire Long Island and New York Metropolitan areas and, if necessary, will be available to complete transactions on a National basis.

As President of Equity Realty Securities Corp., he raised over $70 million from high-net worth investors for the acquisition of Real Estates in nine states. In addition, through an affiliation with a Private Equity Investor group, he was responsible for originating, negotiating and evaluating and structuring joint ventures for the development and construction of residential single-family units and townhouses. These transactions were values in excess of $50 million.
