TUCSON, Ariz., May 8, 2012 -- International Logistic Solutions (ILS) was recently certified as an Indirect Air Carrier by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). As an Indirect Air Carrier, ILS may now contract directly for the freight services of passenger air carriers. Third-party logistic companies and freight forwarders that are not in possession of such certification may only ship using passenger air carriers through companies with IAC approval from the TSA. International Logistic Solutions was able to attain this certification due to its successful adoption of a security program that meets the standards of the Transportation Security Administration.

According to Juan Carlos Seldner, president of ILS, "This federal certification will enable us to offer a more price-competitive air freight option to those companies that enlist us as their service provider. The primary goal of our company is to enhance the competitiveness of those with whom we do business."
