• Kögel tipper trailers are now available with different wall thicknesses

Traditionally Kögel reacts quickly to customer requests and thus offers its 24 cum tipper trailer with many new optional equipment now. Customers can now set up their tipper trailers tailor-made perfectly to their needs.

Different wall thicknesses
With immediate effect, Kögel tipper trailers are now available in various wall thickness combinations. The bottom and the back wall of Kögel tipper trailer are made of quenched and tempered Hardox 450 steel and the side walls consist of high-tensile S700 sheet steel. The serial version of the tipper comes with a five millimetre tipper bottom and side walls and back wall of four millimetres each. Optionally, the following combinations are available as from now on: Four millimetre tipper bottom, the millimetre side walls and four millimetre back wall or six millimetre tipper bottom, five millimetre side walls and four millimetre back wall. On account of the intelligent screwed/bolted/stuck component parts, it is possible of course to replace units of the tipper components easily, inexpensively and quickly.

Other special equipment
For use in road construction, a moveable version of the underride guard can now be ordered apart from the standard foldable unit. In addition, a tipper of 160 millimetre in depth and four millimetre in thickness made of high-strength S700 steel sheet is now available as an optional feature. On account of its modular construction, this unit can be retrofitted easily. For comfortable operation, the closing process of the hydraulic back wall door can now be actuated by the brake pedal upon request. Naturally, all previous special equipment, such as auxiliary supports made of steel, toolbox, ladder, water tank and many other units, are still available.
