Optimal IdM, LLC, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and leading global provider of identity management software and consulting solutions, announced the addition of Jeffrey Bohren, a recognized worldwide identity management expert.

Bohren comes to Optimal IdM with more than 20 years of software engineering experience, focusing primarily on software architecture, web development, software security, identity management and enterprise management. He is proficient in VB.NET, C#, Java, C/C++, XML and various other scripting languages as well as experienced in all phases of the SDLC and agile development methodologies. His work in the standards arena is also quite extensive. Bohren served as the BMC representative for OASIS, Project Liberty and OpenAuthentication.org (a multi-vendor alternative to RSA SecurID), the chair of the OASIS Security Provisioning Technical Committees (SPML), and a member of several OASIS Technical Committees such as SAML, WS-Federation and DSMLv2.
