The initiative “My Europe”

“My Europe” brings together students, political figures, business leaders and media representatives in a unique series of workshops in 29 European countries. Hosted by a national entity in the countries where they take place, the workshops afford students aged between 15 and 20 an unprecedented opportunity to listen, discuss and interact directly with respective high-profile experts on a wide range of European issues. The culmination of a “My Europe” workshop is an international writing contest in which participating students submit articles expressing their visions of the future of Europe. Commissioner Viviane Reding is the European patron of the initiative and chairs the “Board of Patrons for European Youth”.
