Delhi/NCR: A leading global technology services company, Icreon India recently rolled out Recruitment Drive in two states of India – Lucknow and Jaipur; to train and hire the local talent of software engineers for its development centers in Noida (Delhi/NCR).

After the success of the recruitment drive in Lucknow on 1st April, Icreon will conduct a recruitment drive in Jaipur (Rajasthan) on 14th & 15th April 2012 to find both fresh graduates and experienced software engineers. Till date, Icreon has recruited over 100 people through such recruitment drives and is counting on recruiting more.

Commenting on the initiative, Jasmine Sareen, Vice President HR at Icreon said, “Icreon is growing and to fulfill the growing demand for Icreon’s services across its Indian and overseas offices, we are looking for talented IT professionals who will be an asset to the organization. We have open positions of software engineers (both junior and senior) in Open Source and Microsoft Technologies.”

Furthermore, she added, “Icreon strives to create an enabling work environment that fosters innovation and creativity. As a result, to provide better infrastructural facilities to its employees, we have also recently opened up a new Development Centre in Noida SEZ and have plans to open up two additional development centers by the end of the year.”

Currently, Icreon has a global team of over 300 software engineers, UI specialists, mobile developers and designers; and aim to increase the pool to over 400 people by the end of the year 2012 to continue to provide its clients the Icreon “technology differential”.
