Long Island Game Farm Will Remain Open on April 10
Press release from: Long Island Game Farm
PR Agency: PRMG
(Manorville, NY) — The Long Island Game Farm has announced that it will be open on April 10 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and that the brush fires in the area will not affect the Game Farm’s operations. Those who wish to visit the Game Farm today will be offering $2 off the admission price for up to four people, good only for April 10. The coupon can be found on its Facebook page and downloaded from its website.
The brush fire in Manorville, which has affected almost 1,000 acres since yesterday afternoon, has since been contained, although it is still actively burning. Those who wish to visit the Game Farm may do so by taking Sunrise Highway (Route 27). Visitors can take Exit 59 and make a left onto Railroad Avenue. After 0.4 mile, they will bear left onto Chapman Boulevard and stay on the road for approximately three miles. The Game Farm will be on the right-hand side.
“We encourage everyone to come to the Game Farm today and not let this event spoil their fun this holiday week,” said Melinda Novak, Co-Owner, Long Island Game Farm. “We are not in the proximity of the brush fire and we will be operating during normal business hours.”
