Mobile-XL™ Adds Operator Dashboard for Real Time Traffic Monitoring and Analysis

LOS ANGELES, March 23, 2012 – Today Mobile-XL™ unveiled its new Operator Dashboard that enables operators to monitor real-time traffic, analyze usage and review customer queries.
As part of Mobile-XL’s™ commitment to its operators, the Operator Dashboard was developed for the operators to better understand their customers and also to enable their customer service departments to provide the best support possible to their customers. In addition to tracking real-time usage, the dashboard allows them to quickly review a customer query, take corrective action and reduce response time to seconds.
The Dashboard can be accessed through any web browser thereby eliminating the need to install or configure software on the operator machines.
