Terrell R. Miller practices in the Firm’s Dallas office. He focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, as well as complex litigation involving software, electrical, mechanical, and other technical issues. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Baylor University School of Law. Prior to his legal career, he was a technology consultant for Accenture in Houston.

Reuben D. Rosof practices in the Firm’s Houston office. Mr. Rosof’s expertise is in finance and real estate, including extensive experience representing lenders, borrowers, and corporate trustees in financial transactions. He also plays a role in the finance and real estate components of corporate transactions. Mr. Rosof is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law.

C. Scott Tuthill practices in the Firm’s Dallas office. Mr. Tuthill has significant experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and development of office, retail, industrial, and hospitality projects. Mr. Tuthill is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.
