SONOPULS Ultrasonic Homogenizers
Press release from: BANDELIN electronic GmbH & Co. KG
SONOPULS HD 3100/3200/3400, available with a HF-output of 100/200/400 Weff from Bandelin electronic, Germany, will be presented at the Analytica 2012 in Munich.
In addition to amplitude, pulsation and processing time, further parameters can be set and controlled on the screen. The actual amount of energy delivered into the sample is displayed in kilo-joules. The ultrasonic output can be controlled by electric power too. Temperature display is only possible by using a temperature sensor. The sensor is available as an option.
Operating settings can be easily stored in up to nine user programs for easy retrieval for repetitive processes.
The optionally applicable WINPULS® remote control for process organization by PC offers functions like test logging and comfortable program storage (up to 99 programs).
The SONOPULS homogenizers are capable for processing volumes from 50 µl up to 2000 ml and up to 30 litres per hour when using a flow-through vessel.
Ultrasonic homogenizers are used for a wide range of applications like cell disruption, homogenizing of samples, emulsifying and for acceleration of chemical reactions in laboratories, in pilot plant stations or in hospitals.
BANDELIN electronic has 60 years experience in ultrasound specialized on the development, manufacture and sale of ultrasound equipment, related accessories, as well as application-specific disinfectant and cleaning agents.
A highly vertical range of manufacture, modern production lines and a high-motivated staff guarantee a high quality of the products. Ultrasonic devices are in use in nearly all branches like industry, maintenance, service, medical, pharmaceutical and dental fields as well as laboratories.
