Bangalore, May 31, 2007: KTwo Technology Solutions, a newly launched products company, has acquired Adamya Computing Technologies (Adamya), an Innovation leader in short range wireless communication domain, as part of its global strategy to enhance KTwo’s IPs (Intellectual Property) and Product Engineering Services.

“KTwo is basically a product company. This acquisition enhances our IPs and product engineering services. It also improves our product offering in the market particularly in Enterprise Mobility, Automotive and Healthcare — the three focus areas of KTwo,” said Anant R Koppar, Chairman & CEO of KTwo Technology Solutions.

Koppar also announced the formal launch of KTwo Technology Solutions to the media in Bangalore.

“As software development increasingly dominates the engineering process in consumer and industrial products, the primary challenge today is developing high-quality, reliable embedded software for these products,” added Koppar.

According to Koppar, Adamya has been in the industry for a decade with a very good team of professionals focusing on technology IP to develop products that improves the quality of life. “This is also linked to our vision which is to build products through innovative application of technology,” he said.
