GT Agile – the consultancy set to revolutionize software development
Oxford, UK - Grid-Tools Limited, the leading vendor of test data management, test data generation and data masking software and solutions is launching an Agile development consultancy division – GT Agile.Led by Ray Scott, an Agile evangelist with over 15 years’ experience of implementing Agile practices into some of the world's most prestigious companies, the practice will offer a range of innovative services that will help organisations revolutionise the way they approach software development.
“I know from experience that without a change in culture and mindset, development teams cannot react to changing requirements or deliver working software to customers quickly,” explains Scott.
“Yet teams can move away from ‘waterfall’ development practices and maximise their velocity and quality,” Scott continues, “but the vital issue is understanding how to transform the way they work in practical and actionable ways.”
A certified SCRUM Master and Practitioner, as well as a recognized Test Methodologist, Scott led one of the largest Agile projects in the US and is now back on home soil. “It is hands on, practical know-how that matters” Scott says, “whether teams use SCRUM, eXtreme Programming or hybrid methodologies, my focus will be to assist companies to implement high quality delivery practice and maximise value.”
