Holland, a proven executive leader with a consultative sales approach, will be responsible for strategizing and executing the company’s forays into new geographies, verticals and service offerings within the contingent market. He will report to Naveen Dua, CEO of DCR Workforce.

His former industry experience includes serving as Executive Vice President US Sales & Operations for Chase Staffing Services, Inc. and as Vice President-National Accounts (IT, Staffing, MSP/VMS Sales) for Adecco USA, Inc. Prior to this stint, he was Corporate Vice-President Sales for CBS Personnel Holdings, Inc.
