Elmar Rzany is the New Head of Customer Service at Contentserv

Rohrbach/Ilm 28.02.2012: Elmar Rzany, one of the first employees of the software manufacturer Contentserv, assumes with immediate effect the task of the structural establishment of a Customer Service Department at Contentserv. The aim is to develop and fulfill the quality as well as the service and support for Contentserv’s existing customers to improve customer satisfaction.
The out-going Director of Implementation & Support Elmar Rzany hands over the established Services Department in order to pursue new challenges within Contentserv. Based on his wealth of experience and his expert knowledge in Contentserv’s projects and customers, Elmar Rzany is to establish and lead the new Customer Service Department. With these two new departments, Contentserv aim to provide the best possible support to their customers.
The constantly growing turnover, the company’s increasing activities in Europe and USA, and the promising developmental forecasts all indicated an urgent need for organizational adjustments. As a result, new structures and departments have been introduced. Areas that have experienced exponential growth have been divided and the Management Board has expanded to reflect the company’s competencies. These changes arm Contentserv for further growth.
Following the division of the partner departments into Presales & Enabling and Partner Man-agement, the Implementation and Service departments were restructured and divided. The new Head of Customer Services Elmar Rzany is one of the initial employees of Contentserv and is largely responsible for the successful development of the Implementation & Services department. He can now build on this experience to structure the Customer Service Depart-ment.
Quality assurance and optimal service for the key customers are the maxims for the establishment of this department. As a result of his expert knowledge of installed systems and his accessibility to customers and partners, Elmar Rzany is predestined for this challenging new position at Contentserv.
Over a three month handover phase, Elmar Rzany is transferring the established Services Department to Maurice Taake. Maurice Taake, an experienced IT specialist, has taken on the role of Head of Services.
“I am looking forward to my new role with great confidence”, commented Elmar Rzany on his position change within management. He continued: “I am looking forward to establishing and developing this new department and expect many exciting projects.”
